For those seeking to immigrate or regularize their status in Canada, we offer detailed assistance in navigating the complex IRCC processes. Whether it’s for visas, work permits, or other immigration services, our team is here to help you understand the requirements and deadlines, and to keep you informed of the progress of your file.
With regard to the Phoenix system, we help civil servants deal with the payroll challenges they face, and offer our support to help resolve problems related to the payroll system. We also assist with difficulties with the Canada Life insurance department.
For our fellow citizens who need help with their Employment Insurance or Old Age Security, we offer support by facilitating communication with Service Canada to resolve the problem or obtain specific information.
We help our fellow citizens resolve their tax-related problems by contacting CRA for clarification of their situation and the status of their file.
Our office offers a program research service to help constituents, organizations, businesses, NGOs, municipalities and Indigenous communities find appropriate funding for their projects. We offer customized research on federal, provincial, municipal and charitable assistance. Our goal is to point you in the direction of resources and funding that could support your initiatives.
Please note! We cannot intervene directly in funding applications. As the programs are competitive, each application is evaluated independently on its own merits, with no influence from our office.
