Regarding the Phoenix pay system, we assist federal employees in addressing payroll challenges and provide support to help resolve issues related to the pay system. We also offer assistance for difficulties with the Canada Life insurance service.
For our constituents needing assistance with Employment Insurance or Old Age Security, we provide support by facilitating communication with Service Canada to resolve issues or obtain accurate information.
We assist our constituents in resolving tax-related issues by communicating with the CRA to provide clarification on their situation and the status of their file.
